Load GL12 month data

Save the import file in a directory accessible by the Axiom application server. We recommend using a GL_ prefix in the file name.

1. To change the current period, go to Admin > Imports & Utilities > System Period/Year.

2. Enter the new month value.

   IMPORTANT: Do not change the System Current Year unless transitioning to a new fiscal year. Setting the system period and year may affect other Axiom Healthcare Suite products.

3. Go to Admin > Imports & Data Utilities > Imports > Management Reporting > 01-Load GL 12 Months > Execute.

4. Click Execute.

5. Select the ACT or BUD table and enter a year to load.

6. Import the source file.

   NOTE: See Resolve import validation errors for import errors.

7. Go to Reports Library > Management Reporting > Income Statement > Income Statement Summary to run the Income Statement Summary report and reconcile to the GL income statement.
